Thank you for your interest in the Sweet Dreams Foundation “Hope in Every Drop” Program. To be considered for selection, your child must be between birth-17 years of age and have a life-threatening disease or chronic medical condition that threatens the life of the child.
Please do not submit any financial or other private information if you are not the child’s parent or legal guardian.
Application Selection Process
Each application will be reviewed by the Board Members of Sweet Dreams Foundation. Selection of our sponsored children for their Water Filtration System is based on the following criteria:
Medical Condition: 60%
Financial Need: 40%

Hope in Every Drop provides safe, high-quality drinking water to children facing cancer and serious immune challenges by equipping their families with countertop reverse osmosis systems at no cost, supporting healthier home environments during treatment and recovery. For these very sick children safe clean water isn't a luxury it is a necessity.
