How to Apply
Thank you for your interest in the Sweet Dreams Foundation “Hope in Every Drop Program.” To be considered for selection, your child must be between birth-17 years of age and have a life-threatening disease or chronic medical condition that threatens the life of the child.
Please submit the application along with recent photographs and a video of your child. Send photos/video to [email protected]. Any photos/videos sent are released for Sweet Dreams Foundation to share on our marketing and fundraising platforms.
On a separate page, feel free to attach a discussion of any other information that you believe would be helpful to your child’s nomination.
Please do not submit any financial or other private information if you are not the child’s parent or legal guardian.

Application Selection Process
Each application will be reviewed by the Board Members of Sweet Dreams Foundation. Selection of our sponsored children for their “Water Filtration System” is based on the following criteria:
- Medical Condition: 60%
- Financial Need: 40%

How to Video Here First-Time Setup Guide 🕒 Allow up to 20 minutes for the initial setup. Step-by-Step Setup 1. Unbox & Clean the Reservoir • Remove the water reservoir from the unit • Rinse and wash the reservoir using warm water only • 🚫 Do NOT use soap • Place the reservoir back into the system 2. Install the Filter, Plug In & Power On • Insert the filter into the machine as instructed • Plug the system into a power outlet 3. Fill the Reservoir • Remove the reservoir again • Fill with water up to the MAX fill line • Place the reservoir back onto the unit 4. Flush the System • Run the system and dispose of the filtered water • Repeat the flushing process • Continue until the display shows ounces (this indicates the system is ready) Important Usage Notes • 🔄 When “LI” appears on the display: • Remove the reservoir • Empty any remaining water • Refill with fresh water and replace • 💧 Filter Flushing • Only required once per year • Before flushing, wipe the system down with warm water only • 🚫 Never use soap • 🧼 Routine Cleaning • Wipe down the system once a week with warm water • No soap needed or recommended |

Can I nominate a child that is not my own?
Yes, you do not need to be the parent or legal guardian of the child you are nominating.
If you are nominating a child you know, please include the contact information of the child’s parent or legal guardian in the Application.

Will the materials (photos, videos, etc.) I include in my application be returned to me?
Any materials, including photographs and videos, you send to us will not be returned and becomes the property of Sweet Dreams Foundation. For this reason, please do not send original photographs or videos.
